Aims of the course:
The aim of this module is to provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to develop successful business organizations. Business services have unique marketing characteristics which must be considered and evaluated if the organization is to succeed in achieving its objectives and meeting its customers’ needs and expectations. This course will explore these characteristics and give candidates the tools to market services effectively.
How long is the course:
1 year. The course is module based, there are 4 modules.3 modules are complusory and 1 is optional. Students will study a minimum of 15 hours per week for each academic year.
Qualification requirements:
A relevant qualification at Level 4 or higher. IELTS certificate score 5 or higher for english proficiency.
Assessment and Qualification you will achieve:
The course culminates in a 3 hours written exam focusing on all the indivual 3 core modules and each of the 1 optional modules of your choice.
What are the opportunities for further studies?
