Aims of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide candidates with a strategic and holistic approach to the planning and management of human resources. Candidates will gain an in-depth knowledge of all aspect of human resources and learn to apply strategies and tactics to plan, deliver, manage, and evaluate events for a range of purposes and for a variety of organizations.
How long is the course:
1 year. The course is module based, there are 4 modules.3 modules are complusory and 1 is optional. Students will study a minimum of 15 hours per week for each academic year.
Qualification requirements:
A relevant qualification at Level 4 or higher. IELTS certificate score 5 or equivalent or higher or english proficiency.
Assessment and Qualification you will achieve:
The course culminates in a 3 hours written exam focusing on all the indivual 3 core modules and each of the 1 optional module of your choice.

This level is the academic equivalent to Year 2 of a UK university honours degree and is recognised by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) as Level 5.
