Aims of the course:
The aim of this course is to provide Candidates with a detailed understanding of the role of human resource development and marketing in contemporary business organisations. Candidates will be introduced to a wide range of analytical, managerial and theoretical techniques and concepts relevant to human resource development and marketing and the tools to critically evaluate these techniques and concepts.
How long is the course:
1 year. The course is module based, there are 4 modules.3 modules are complusory and 1 is optional. Students will study a minimum of 15 hours per week for each academic year.
Qualification requirements:
A relevant qualification at Level 5 or higher.
Assessment and Qualification you will achieve:
The course culminates in a 3 hours written exam focusing on all the indivual 3 core modules and each of the 1 optional module of your choice.
